Questions
Good to know before you join.
How do I become a member?
Membership is completely free. Sign up on the membership page, and you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to activate your member discounts.
When do I get access to my benefits?
Your welcome email arrives 2–3 days after you register. Your discount at Match Padel and Padel Yard is then activated within 2–5 business days. You will not receive a separate confirmation, but you can see your “CBS Padel Membership” in both Matchi and MatchPadel once it is active.
Where can I use member benefits?
Your discount works at Match Padel Kløvermarken, Match Padel Studio and Match Padel Ballerup, as well as Padel Yard Reffen and Padel Yard Jernbanebyen.
When is the discount valid?
The discount applies on weekdays between 07:00–15:00 and 22:00–00:00. Discount hours are more limited on weekends, so check the time slots before you book. Our pinned Instagram posts have the latest prices for both Padel Yard and Match Padel.
Do I need my own racket?
No. You can rent rackets at all partner centers, and balls are available for purchase on site.
Do you organize tournaments?
Yes. We host tournaments throughout the year, so follow us on Instagram to catch the next one. We also run a bi-weekly leaderboard, where you sign up individually and get matched on a court with three other players at your skill level.
Can you help organize a tournament for my study programme?
Yes! Fill out our request form and send us a message on Instagram, and we will help you arrange better prices, drinks and more. Find the links on the full FAQ page.
